Wood version - measuring, cutting, drilling

We started out cutting our walls for the piece that are all 6cm high.

Then placed them roughly on our base board according to our prototype.

When every piece was cut and placed, we indicated our angles with a pencil.

We used the machine for long pieces, the angle cutter for medium length pieces and the Japanese saw for small pieces. Even though the angles weren't always quite right, we roughly managed to sand them so they would fit decently.

As pieces were cut, we had some minor adjustments with the lengths as some parts did not connect.

We also had to hold down the bottom board as it was curved. This was particularly tricky while gluing pieces on it.

We glued longer pieces (walls) first, and let them dry on the side.

We drilled the holes into our base board using the driller with a wide head, in order for the ball to fit it.

Sometimes, this would happen.
